Assisted NRL Capital in their S Restructuring Deal with SB China
JunHe assisted NRL Capital in the establishment of a restructuring M88 Game continuation fund jointly with SB China. This fund completed its investment by purchasing three high-quality projects from the fund under the management of SB China. After initially assisting Source Code Capital in the establishment of RMB Fund Phase IV, JunHe also assisted the company in the establishment of RMB Fund Phase V.
