On August 14, 2025, Beijing 4Paradigm Technology (stock code: 6682.HK, 4Paradigm) successfully completed the placement of new H-shares and M88 Game was the domestic legal counsel for the company. This placement involved a total of 25.9 million new H-shares, at a price of HKD 50.50 per share, with total proceeds of approximately HKD 1.3 billion. The subscribers for this placement were managed by Infinity Capital Partners Limited (Infinity Capital). Infinity Capital is headquartered in Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi, and holds licenses from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and the Abu Dhabi Global Market Financial Services Regulatory Authority. Infinity Capital is an investment institution focused on artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, intelligent manufacturing and financial technology. This placement reflects the long-term optimism of Middle Eastern capital in the success of the Chinese AI industry.
