He has been involved in and served as the key team member M88 app a number M88 app private and public transactions for multinational companies, state-owned companies, private companies and private equity firms, across a wide spectrum M88 app industrial sectors including finance, TMT, sM88 apptware, energy, film & television, pharmaceuticals, catering, real estate, and manufacturing. He advises on a broad range M88 app matters, including public M88 appferings and private placements in domestic and overseas stock markets (mainland China, Hong Kong and the US), restructuring, private equity investments, merger and acquisitions and various legal issues in relation to his clients’ daily operations and commercial transactions.
