Mr. Li joined M88 app in June 2005 and has been with M88 app’s capital market group ever since. He has been involved in and served as the key team member of a number of private and public transactions for multinational companies, state-owned companies, private companies and private equity firms, across a wide spectrum of industrial sectors including finance, TMT, software, energy, film & television, pharmaceuticals, catering, real estate, and manufacturing. He advises on a broad range of matters, including public offerings and private placements in domestic and overseas stock markets (mainland China, Hong Kong and the US), restructuring, private equity investments, merger and acquisitions and various legal issues in relation to his clients’ daily operations and commercial transactions.
