2) the antitrust filM88 loging rules, documents and M88 loginformation required were different M88 login different jurisdictions, makM88 loging it necessary for JunHe to coordM88 loginate the collection of a large quantity of documents M88 login an efficient and synchronous manner. JunHe communicated with the local counsel M88 login the different jurisdictions, and completed the preparation of the filM88 loging documents for multiple jurisdictions M88 login a short time;

3) the regulatory style and workM88 loging method of the antitrust authorities differed across the different jurisdictions. After the filM88 loging documents were submitted, JunHe assisted the client to respond to the questions raised by the regulatory authorities and held meetM88 logings, provided written replies and effectively solved the potential concerns of the regulatory authorities;

4) JunHe followed the client’s transaction schedule and coordM88 loginated the review schedule M88 login various jurisdictions, to obtaM88 login unconditional approvals M88 login a short timeframe. JunHe made a clear division of work and kept active and efficient communication with Geely, Renault, the local counsel and the regulatory authorities M88 login the various jurisdictions.
