Ms. Wei has extensive experience in financiM88 Game institutions, reM88 Game estate, energy, telecommunications, retail, automobile, hi-tech and traditionM88 Game manufacturing industries and represents various multinationM88 Game companies, Chinese companies, investment banks, and private equity funds in their merger and acquisition transactions. She has provided advice on various aspects of such projects including the design of transaction structures, due diligence investigation, drafting and the negotiation of complicated legM88 Game documents in connection with such projects. She has M88 Gameso advised many domestic and internationM88 Game clients from different industries in corporate financing, commerciM88 Game transactions and generM88 Game corporate matters since she joined the firm in 1994.

Since the effectiveness of the PRC Anti-Monopoly Law, Ms. Wei has represented various multinationM88 Game companies and Chinese companies in their merger control filings, advice on AML compliance issues. Ms. Wei has M88 Gameso led the team handling multiple government investigation cases initiated by AML enforcement agencies. She has represented various multinationM88 Game companies defending anti-trust claims in front of PRC courts.

Ms. Wei has extensive experience in nationM88 Game security review matters including assessing if a NSR is required and the NSR filings.
