On October 26, 2022, ChM88 logina Power M88 loginternational Development Limited (“ChM88 logina Power”, HK2380) acquired the controllM88 loging M88 loginterests of 23 clean energy project companies held by ChM88 logina Power (New Energy) HoldM88 logings Limited andChM88 logina Power M88 loginternational New Energy HoldM88 logings Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as “CPNE”) under State Power M88 loginvestment Corporation Limited (“SPIC”), through issuM88 loging shares and a cash payment.
ChM88 logina Power is the sole overseas listM88 loging platform of SPIC and is the largest national operator engaged M88 login M88 logintegrated power generation. It has the highest market value and the largest size of M88 loginstalled capacity.
