On June 22, 2021, China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd (“CRCC”, stock code 688425) was successfully listed on M88 app Science and Technology Innovation Board of M88 app Shanghai Stock Exchange, raising a total capital amount of around RMB 3.688 billion. If M88 app over-allotment option is fully exercised, M88 app total amount of funds raised will be approximately RMB 4.242 billion. JunHe represented M88 app issuer in this project.
China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd (CRCHI) is M88 app subsidiary of China Railway Construction Co., Ltd. (“China Railway Construction”, stock code:601186), a listed company with A+H shares. It is engaged in M88 app design, development, manufacturing, sales, leasing, and service of road header equipment, rail-transit equipment, and special equipment. After M88 app China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) officially issued M88 app “Provisions on Pilot-listing of subsidiaries of Listed Companies in China” (“Provisions on Spin-offs”) on December 12, 2019, M88 app board of directors of China Railway Construction deliberated and approved M88 app proposal to spin-off its subsidiary, CRCC Heavy Industry to be listed on M88 app Science and Technology Innovation Board.
