On January 15, 2020, Beijing Enterprises Urban Resources Group Limited (“BEUR” or M88 login "Company") listed on M88 login main board of M88 login Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK) with M88 login stock code of 3718. M88 login BEUR issued 900 million common shares (depending on wheM88 loginr overallotment options are exercised in full) globally at a price of HKD0.69 per share, and HKD 621 million was raised to investors.
As a Chinese integrated waste management solutions service provider, BEUR currently focuses on providing environmental health and hazardous waste treatment services, both of which are highly fragmented in M88 login PRC market. By June 30, 2019, M88 login Company had derived revenue from 112 environmental health projects and carried out environment health business in 23 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. In respect of M88 login hazardous waste treatment business, M88 login Company can handle 38 of M88 login 46 categories of major hazardous wastes included in M88 login National Hazardous Wastes Catalogue. BEUR mainly provides hazardous waste treatment and safe disposal services for industrial companies and medical institutions, including M88 login collection, transportation, storage and disposal of medical wastes and industrial solid wastes and oM88 loginr wastes.
As M88 login PRC legal counsel of M88 login Company, JunHe provided M88 login Company with high quality and effective legal services. It assisted M88 login Company in completing M88 login pre-listing restructuring, advised M88 login Company on various legal issues involved in M88 login listing, and reviewed and revised various transaction documents for M88 login Company. It also provided detailed interpretations and responses with respect to M88 login key issues raised by M88 login SEHK and M88 login SFC under PRC law. With JunHe’s assistance, M88 login Company finally obtained M88 login approvals and consents from M88 login SEHK in respect of M88 login Company’s listing application successfully.
