Mr. Ruogang (Alan) Li specializes in dispute resolution, government enforcement and investigations and competition.

Mr. Li joined JunHe’s Shanghai M88 game APKfice in 2016. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, arbitration and cross-border enforcement cases and has represented clients in antitrust litigation. Mr. Li has advised multinational and domestic clients in government enforcement cases, investigations and compliance-related matters. This includes responding to government enforcement actions, leading internal compliance investigations, conducting internal antitrust compliance reviews and providing advice regarding competition law and compliance. He has assisted clients in developing their internal compliance policies, conducted compliance due diligence and represented clients in compliance-related dispute resolution matters.
