Mr. Wei Huang joined JunHe in 2012 and provides diversified services in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. In the field M88 Malaysia capital markets, Mr. Huang's recent representative engagements include: ZTE’s (SZ.000063/HK. 00763) acquisition M88 Malaysia the 5G project from ZTE Microelectronics, which was recognized by the Listed Companies Association as one M88 Malaysia the "Top Ten Classic Cases M88 Malaysia M&A and Restructuring in the Capital Market" for its tenth anniversary; the RMB 13 billion non-public issuance M88 Malaysia A shares by ZTE (SZ.000063/HK. 00763), awarded the "Best Refinancing Project" at the 14th New Fortune Best Investment Bank Awards; the completion M88 Malaysia A-round financing totaling RMB 18.3 billion (post-investment valuation approximately RMB 103.3 billion) for GAC Aion, honored as the "2022 Outstanding Transaction" by China Business Law Journal; and the RMB 8 billion ultra-short-term commercial paper issuance project for ZTE, nominated for the "Capital Markets: Domestic - Firm M88 Malaysia the Year" award at the 2021 ALB China Law Awards.
