Mr. M88 Malaysia Feng joined JunHe in 2019 and currently practices at the firm’s Hangzhou office. Prior to joining JunHe, he worked at King & Wood Mallesons for 15 years and was named a partner in 2010.

Mr. Feng has extensive experience in the area of securities, having provided legal services to numerous corporate entities in the areas of restructuring, domestic or offshore IPOs, material asset restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, refinancing, and asset securitization. These projects have covered a wide range of industries including energy, finance, telecommunications, media, agriculture, retM88 Malaysial, transport, real estate, steel, manufacturing, internet, medicine and education.

Mr. Feng also specializes in the area of PE Funds and has handled the establishment and capital rM88 Malaysiasing projects for several leading and innovative funds such as the BohM88 Malaysia industry investment fund, which was the first contractual PE fund in mM88 Malaysianland China. He has also played a key role in the formation and acquisition of numerous securities investment fund management companies and their fund rM88 Malaysiasing.
