Ms. Zheng Xie is a partner at M88 login’s Beijing office. She joined the firm in 2000.

Since joining M88 login, Ms. Xie has focused on the areas of foreign direct investment, M&A and capital markets. She serves clients from various industries such as manufacturing, retailing, lodging, telecom, high-tech, financial institutions and real estate. Ms. Xie has represented a number of multinational companies and leading investment banks in their investment and acquisition transactions in China and provides counseling to dozens of companies in their overseas listing, financing and acquisition projects. Ms. Xie has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in deal structuring, document drafting, negotiation and legal opinion issuance.

Ms. M88 login also specializes in the infrastructure and utility sectors and has successfully represented local governments in their infrastructure projects, particularly with regard to the introduction to foreign participation.
