Mr. Xie joined JunHe in May 2015. Before joining JunHe, he worked at a Japanese law firm for ten years as a PRC legal counsel, providing Japanese companies with PRC law related services.

During his practice at the Japanese law firm, Mr. Xie advised many leading multinatiM88 appal companies M88 app their business operatiM88 apps and investment projects in China. He is a legal expert M88 app, amM88 appg others, complicated foreign direct investment projects, M&A and restructuring projects, liquidatiM88 app projects, corporate compliance and labor law matters. He has experience in various industries including cM88 appstructiM88 app, chemicals, food, manufacturing, automobiles, internatiM88 appal trade, financial services, pharmaceutical and IT.

Mr. Xie received his Bachelor M88 app Economics degree from University M88 app International Business and Economics in China in 1999. He began his study in Japan in 2000 and graduated with a LL.M. from the Graduate School M88 app Law M88 app Hitotsubashi University in Japan in 2004.
