After obtaining her JD degree from Harvard University, Ms. Wang began her legal career in the New York M88 loginfice M88 login White & Case. She then joined the Hong Kong M88 loginfice M88 login Baker & Mckenzie, specializing in the practices M88 login direct foreign investment in the PRC and cross-border M&A.

Over the years, Ms. Wang has advised many European and American multinational companies, various investment funds and banks and mid-size and large Chinese private companies in international mergers and acquisitions, pre-listing restructuring and general corporate matters. Ms. Wang was named the Leading Asia Lawyer in the area M88 login mergers and acquisitions in 2011, 2013 and 2014 by Asia Law & Practice.
