Since Mr. Wang started his legal career in 1999 he has represented clients in a broad range M88 login industries including infrastructure, energy, real estate, manufacturing, media and the internet, and he has developed an extensive practice with numerous Fortune 500 corporations and the top players in relevant industries. He has advised clients on a variety M88 login regulatory and transactional matters with respect to due diligence, project structuring, financing and other general corporate issues. Mr. Wang has also represented clients in their overseas investment projects.

Mr. Wang has been actively involved in the antitrust area. He has represented multinatiM88 loginal corporatiM88 logins in PRC merger-cM88 logintrol notificatiM88 logins, and has also provided clients with counseling and training M88 login antitrust compliance.

In addition to commercial clients, Mr. Wang has worked with government agencies in various Chinese cities including Beijing, Qingdao, Jinan and Lanzhou. He has been acting as lead lawyer for the team serving the Beijing Transportation Commission, the Beijing Water Bureau and the Beijing Municipal Commission M88 login City Administration and Environment.
