Mr. Chenliang Li is a partner at JunHe M88 Game acts as the managing partner of the Capital Market practice in JunHe’s Shanghai office.

Mr. Li initially joined JunHe in 2004 M88 Game practiced with the firm until 2007. The following year, he joined O’Melveny & Myers’ Shanghai office before returning to JunHe in July 2010.

Mr. Li has acted as the China legal counsel to the issuer or the sponsor (i.e. the underwriter) in various restructurings, onshore M88 Game offshore IPOs, M88 Game bond offerings of Chinese state-owned conglomerates, as well as those of high-growth companies. He has also represented onshore M88 Game offshore listed companies M88 Game their counterparties in refinancing, substantial asset acquisitions M88 Game cross-border investments.
