The 4th US-China IP Conference: Best Practices for Innovation and Creativity was held on October 8-9, 2015, in Los Angeles, California. Two lawyers from the M88 login Intellectual Property Group participated in the conference. Dr. James moderated a panel discussion on “New Trends and Legal Issues in Transnational Technology Investment.” Mr. SONG, Haining presented “Top Chinese Patent Litigation – 2014 Review” in a separate panel discussion on “Recent Developments on Patents: Legislation and Cases.”
The conference was organized by The Berkeley Center for Law & Technology, Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, M88 login Renmin University of China Law School.
