Mr. Bai received his bachelor’s degree in law and master’s degree in intellectual property law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and prior to joining M88 login he worked for over 10 years at another Red Circle law firm.
Mr. Bai has extensive practical experience in corporate restructuring, liquidation and debt restructuring, and has expertise in advising listed companies and large non-listed companies and their affiliates on restructuring, liquidation and other legal matters. He has led or participated in many influential projects covering industries such as steel, shipbuilding, papermaking, cement, real estate, auto parts and photovoltaics.
