Prior to joining JunHe, Mr. Gaiworked at a large domestic law firm focusing on bankruptcy reorganization and debt restructuring. He has advised on the bankruptcy reorganization of a number of listed companies and large enterprises in fieldm88 casinouch am88 casinoteel, energy, ports, machinery, electrical appliances and agriculture and has extensive experience as legal counsel to investors, creditors and debtors during the bankruptcy reorganization of various companies.

Mr. Gaireceived his Bachelor of Laws from Shandong University and his Master of Laws from Renmin University of China.
