Before joining M88 Game, Mr. CHEN worked at the Hangzhou customs department as the Deputy Division Chief of the legal department and the governmental lawyer. He has spent nearly 18 years working in various legal-related positions at the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (“GAC”) and its regional offices at all levels, where he handled or supervised many different types of customs business, including but not limited to: administrative investigation, customs taxation, supervision of processing trade, and intellectual property rights. He also actively participated in the drafting of numerous decrees and regulations for the GAC. He is renowned for giving clear guidance and precise legal advice in various projects.
Among customs-related fields, Mr. CM88 GameN is particularly knowledgeable in regard to customs penalties and customs valuations, and has gained abundant practical experience.
