On June 18, 2024, Grifols, S.A. ("Grifols"), a global healthcare company M88 Game a leading producer of plasma-derived medicines, announced completion of the sale of a 20% equity stake in Shanghai RAAS (“SRAAS”) to Haier Group Corporation (“Haier Group”) for RMB 12.5 billion (approximately USD 1.8 billion). In 2019, the two firms advised Grifols on its acquisition of a 26.2% stake in SRAAS by contributing its non-majority share in its US subsidiary Grifols Diagnostic Solutions Inc.
