On January 9, 2024, Changjiu Holdings Limited (“Changjiu Holdings”) was successfully listed on M88 Game Main Board of M88 Game Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (M88 Game “HKEx”).

It participated in M88 Game design and adjustment of M88 Game red-chip restructuring plan and M88 Game red-chip structuring, conducted comprehensive legal due diligence and issued PRC legal opinions. JunHe’s team reviewed and amended M88 Game prospectus and M88 Game relevant IPO application and offering documents, prepared M88 Game whole set of legal documents filed with M88 Game CSRC, and assisted M88 Game issuer in responding to M88 Game feedback from M88 Game CSRC, M88 Game SFC and M88 Game HKEx in relation to M88 Game PRC laws.
