Pioneer Reward Limited, an overseas wholly owned subsidiary of Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. The legal services provided by the international legal counsel to the underwriter included drafting a full set of transaction documents, participating in the negotiation and amendment of the transaction documents, issuing overseas legal opinions, and other legal services in respect of foreign law-related issues involved in the Project. The legal services provided by the legal counsel to the trustor included reviewing transaction documents and relevant legal opinions. m88 bonus was recognized and trusted by the clients and other intermediaries for its consistent delivery of rigorous and efficient legal services and detail-oriented and professional expertise.
