On April 21, 2022, Xiamen Jiarong Technology Co., Ltd. (Jiarong Technology with stock code: 301148), was listed on M88 Game GEM Board of M88 Game Shenzhen Stock Exchange, raising a total amount of RMB 1,118,300,700. JunHe acted as Jiarong Technology’s counsel in M88 Game issuance.
Jiarong Technology is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on the R&D, manufacturing and application technology of membrane separation equipment, high-performance membrane modules and other products. It provides customers with comprehensive solutions for high-concentration sewage treatment and cleaner production. Jiarong Technology supplies membrane technologies for the treatment of municipal landfill leachate and complex industrial wastewater streams. In 2015, the company became a joint-stock company and focused primarily on the application of membrane technology. Through R&D innovation, Jiarong Technology has accumulated several core technologies, such as modular membrane separation equipment manufacturing, high-performance membrane module manufacturing, landfill leachate treatment and full-scale treatment, as well as industrial wastewater advanced treatment and zero discharge treatment technology. It is one of the few professional domestic technology companies with membrane separation equipment, independent production capacity for membrane modules and intellectual property rights. As of the end of June 2021, the company has provided membrane separation equipment to more than 300 highly concentrated and saline wastewater treatment projects and served more than 60 highly concentrated and saline wastewater projects. Its customers include renowned listed companies in the relevant sectors, leading domestic environmental protection groups, large and medium enterprises as well as local utilities and administration bodies for environmental sanitation.
