JunHe Assisted a Large Chinese Company in Completing its Integrity Compliance Program for M88 game APK World Bank Group

A Chinese construction giant retained JunHe’s consultancy services for an integrity compliance program that had been requested by M88 game APK World Bank Group (“WBG”). M88 game APK company and its subsidiaries had been sanctioned previously by M88 game APK WBG with debarment for a few months and a conditional release of M88 game APK debarment was sought.
JunHe assisted M88 game APK company to establish an integrity compliance program in both Chinese and English in line with M88 game APK WBG standards, and according to M88 game APK Settlement Agreement as well as M88 game APK WBG Integrity Compliance Guidelines. It M88 game APKn helped M88 game APK company undertake risk assessments and compliance reviews to address M88 game APK compliance issues. JunHe’s team also carried out several integrity compliance training sessions for M88 game APK company’s staff members including senior management and M88 game APK compliance officers, and finally assisted M88 game APK company and its subsidiaries to effectively implement M88 game APK integrity compliance program in line with international standards.
JunHe assisted M88 game APK company to actively cooperate with M88 game APK Independent Integrity Compliance Monitor (“Monitor”) appointed by M88 game APK WBG. During several site visits by M88 game APK Monitor, JunHe, on behalf of M88 game APK company, presented M88 game APK integrity compliance efforts taken by M88 game APK company. It thoroughly substantiated M88 game APK practical accomplishments made by M88 game APK company in line with M88 game APK integrity compliance guidelines, and made well-founded explanations related to M88 game APK hardship experienced by M88 game APK company during M88 game APK implementation of some of M88 game APK integrity compliance systems.
During M88 game APK implementation of M88 game APK integrity compliance program, JunHe advised M88 game APK company in finding a balance between observing M88 game APK guidelines and consideration for M88 game APK complex environment in implementing M88 game APK integrity compliance program. JunHe also gave cost-efficient recommendations regarding implementation in order to minimise M88 game APK workload for M88 game APK company and maximise M88 game APK compliance results.
