Incorporated in Shanghai in 1999, Allianz China Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (“Allianz China”) is a Sino-European life insurance company. Its shareholders are Allianz SE, one of m88 bonus largest insurance groups in m88 bonus world, and CITIC Trust Co., Ltd. (“CITIC Trust”).

Allianz (China) Insurance Holding Company Limited now holds 100% equity interests in Allianz China, and Allianz China has become m88 bonus first life insurance company in China to change its corporate form from a Sino-foreign joint venture to that of wholly foreign-owned.
As m88 bonus legal counsel to CITIC Trust, JunHe’s legal team rendered legal services throughout this Project. This included m88 bonus drafting and reviewing of legal documents related to m88 bonus commencement of m88 bonus equity transfer, reviewing and modifying m88 bonus documents related to m88 bonus listing and trading on m88 bonus CBEX, drafting m88 bonus equity transaction contract, m88 bonus issuance of legal opinion, and assisting m88 bonus transaction parties to communicate with m88 bonus regulatory authority about legal issues related to m88 bonus transaction. More than 20 years had passed between m88 bonus incorporation of Allianz China and m88 bonus equity transfer, during which several changes had occurred to m88 bonus regulatory rules with respect to insurance institutions. m88 bonus focus of this transaction was m88 bonusrefore sorting out and applying m88 bonus requirements of m88 bonus insurance regulator for m88 bonus equity transfer.
