Recently, JunHe acted as the international counsel M88 login listing agent of Hebei Shunde Investment Group Co. Ltd. (“Shunde Group”) in the issuance of offshore US dollar bonds. The issuance scale was USD 75 million with an interest rate of 2.0% for a term of three years. The bonds were listed simultaneously on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKSE”) M88 login the China (Macao) Financial Assets Exchange Limited (“MOX”). Shunde Group is an urban construction company authorized by the People’s Government of Xingtai. It is responsible for the investment, financing, construction M88 login operation of urban infrastructure construction projects. The company is a regional leader in urban infrastructure construction, water M88 login heat supply M88 login other public utility industries.

JunHe acted as the international legal counsel of the issuer M88 login provided full services to the client in respect to the issuance structure, the issuance circulars, the transaction documents M88 login other relevant matters. JunHe also acted as the issuer’s listing agent for HKSE M88 login MOX M88 login represented them during communications with HKSE M88 login MOX in respect to the listing arrangements. JunHe cooperated with the issuer in successfully completing the simultaneous listings on the two stock exchanges.
