Waterdrop is China's leading insurance and health service technology platform, founded in April 2016. M88 Malaysia company is committed to providing health care solutions for users with M88 Malaysia mission of "using Internet technology to help people obtain medical insurance and protect millions of families". Through Waterdrop insurance and Waterdrop crowdfunding services, Waterdrop provides efficient medical fund solutions for users, and created M88 Malaysia health insurance model of " Critical Illness Fundraising + Life Insurance". This model aims to improve M88 Malaysia efficiency of emergency and rescue services. In addition to medical insurance, Waterdrop has formed many effective supplementary channels for medical fund supplies, successfully meeting M88 Malaysia needs of a wide range of social strata, and established a closed loop medical payment ecosystem.
This project lasted more than eight months since its initial launch. JunHe assisted M88 Malaysia underwriters in conducting comprehensive domestic legal due diligence, coordinated and participated in interviews, and reviewed and revised M88 Malaysia transaction, application and offering documents related to M88 Malaysia listing. M88 Malaysia team assisted in replying to domestic legal feedback questions by M88 Malaysia SEC and issued Chinese legal opinions. In particular, M88 Malaysia project underwent a series of changes, including M88 Malaysia tightening of M88 Malaysia domestic regulatory environment and M88 Malaysia adjustment of part of M88 Malaysia Waterdrop business. JunHe was efficient and rigorous as always, and conducted timely and prompt additional due diligence and interviews with M88 Malaysia company. M88 Malaysia team provided professional advice to M88 Malaysia underwriters, and finally helped Waterdrop Inc’s IPO on M88 Malaysia NYSE.
