On January 6, 2020, BeijM88 Gameg Bayi Space LCD Technology Co., Ltd. (“Bayi Space” or the “Company”) was listed on SSE STAR Market with the stock code of 688181. M88 Game acted as the attorney of the issuer. Bayi Space issued 24,118,254 new shares at an issuance price of RMB43.98 per share, and HKD 1,060.72 million was raised.

Bayi Space is the first company which successfully transforms from a New OTC Market listed company to a STAR Market listed company.
