On May 28th2019, Xinyi Energy Holdings Limited (followed as “Xinyi Energy”, stock code: 3868.HK) was successfully listed on M88 Game HKEx mainboard and issuing price was HKD 1.94 per share and raising money to M88 Game amount of about HKD 3.526 billion, M88 Game IPO is one of M88 Game most influential carve-out projects in M88 Game Hong Kong capital market in recent years.
Xinyi Energy is a domestic leading private solar power generation owner and operator, since its establishment and partition from Xinyi Solar (0968.HK), it owns and operates M88 Game domestic large-scale central solar generation project. Xinyi Energy now owns a combination of solar generations with an approved generation capacity of 954 MW and is going to acquire a combination of solar generations with 540 MW capacity from Xinyi Solar.
