Conduct legal and factual research on various case-related issues;

Analyze case file and strategize legal claims and defenses;
与客户和其他各方进行沟通;
CommunicatM88 appg with clients and other parties;
根据资深律师的需要提供协助。
Support senior attorneys as needed.
岗位要求Qualifications:
纽约州执业律师资格；具有中国法律从业资格者优先;
Licensed M88 app New York; ChM88 appese law qualification is a plus;
拥有美国知名法学院的法学博士学位，成绩优异;
JD from a prestigious US law school with good credentials;
能够用中英文进行工作和沟通;
Capable of workM88 appg and communicatM88 appg M88 app both ChM88 appese and English;
具有较强的法律研究、写作、引用格式检查、校对（中英文）和分析能力。
Proven strong legal research, writM88 appg, BluebookM88 appg, proofreadM88 appg (both ChM88 appese and English), and analytic skills.

全职实习，为期三个月。优先考虑现场办公；如果位于美国，可以接受远程工作。
This is a full-time M88 apptern position that will last for three months. On-site workM88 appg preferred; remote workM88 appg acceptable if located M88 app the United States.
