美国知名法学院JD或LLM学位；
具备美国纽约州或者加州m88牌照；

岗位职责Responsibilities:
该职位将涉及协助商业诉讼、仲裁和调解事宜。
This role involves assisting in commercial litigation, arbitration, m88 mediation matters.
准备法律诉状、动议、法律文书、证据开示请求和其他文件;
Prepare legal pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, m88 other filings;
对各种案件相关问题进行法律和事实研究;
Conduct legal m88 factual research on various case-related issues;
分析案卷材料，制定法律索赔和辩护策略;
Analyze case file m88 strategize legal claims m88 defenses;
与客户和其他各方进行沟通;
Communicating with clients m88 other parties;
根据资深m88的需要提供协助。
Support senior attorneys as needed.
岗位要求Qualifications:
纽约州执业m88资格；具有中国法律从业资格者优先;
Licensed in New York; Chinese law qualification is a plus;
拥有美国知名法学院的法学博士学位，成绩优异;
JD from a prestigious US law school with good credentials;
能够用中英文进行工作和沟通;
Capable of working m88 communicating in both Chinese m88 English;
具有较强的法律研究、写作、引用格式检查、校对（中英文）和分析能力。
Proven strong legal research, writing, Bluebooking, proofreading (both Chinese m88 English), m88 analytic skills.
